Bob Carlson has over 20 years of executive search experience, recruiting a wide variety of professionals for a diverse mix of clients on a national scale. His positions have covered nearly all functional disciplines in industries including healthcare, managed care, insurance, investment management, banking, retail, hospitality, general management and Internet-based organizations. Mr. Carlson founded The Carlson Research Group in 1989. Prior search experience as a Senior Associate with Stone Murphy in Minneapolis, Minnesota and as the Director of Research with Allerton Heneghan & O'Neill in Chicago, Illinois gave Mr. Carlson the knowledge needed to precisely attract, recruit and recommend professionals for all fields. He received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing from Marquette University and serves as an active member of the Executive Search Roundtable. From the beginning, Mr. Carlson has maintained that the most important element of his success is staying with the search until the client is totally satisfied. The Carlson Research Group is still managed under this principle today.
